Zelenskyi awarded another 376 servicemen, 108 of them posthumously 05.06.2026 09:40 Ukrinform President Volodymyr Zelenskyi has honored another 376 defenders of Ukraine with state awards, 108 of whom were recognized posthumously.
As Ukrinform reports, the corresponding decree No. 480/2026 was published on the Head of State’s website.
The documents state that the awards were granted for personal courage shown in the defense of Ukraine’s state sovereignty and territorial integrity, and for selfless fulfillment of military duty.
The defenders received the Orders of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, “For Courage,” and the medals “For Military Service of Ukraine” and “Defender of the Fatherland.”
As Ukrinform reported earlier, Zelenskyi posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine to six servicemen, five of whom received it posthumously.
