This was announced by the acting Minister of Digital Transformation, Oleksandr Bornyakov, on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

“We have officially gained access to the European Union’s Cybersecurity Reserve. From now on, in the event of massive attacks on state systems or critical infrastructure, we will be able to quickly involve the best European cybersecurity specialists,” the message states.

Leading specialists will assist in localizing attacks, analyzing threats, protecting data, and restoring system operations.

Bornyakov emphasized that granting access to the cybersecurity reserve demonstrates trust between partners and will contribute to the protection of digital services used daily by millions of Ukrainians.

The initiative was created within the framework of the EU Cyber Solidarity Act and is administered by the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA). The main advantage of the tool is that Ukraine gains direct access to the services of verified private companies specializing in cybersecurity.

As reported, Ukraine presented its experience at an international forum in Moldova dedicated to the development of regional cyber resilience, the protection of critical infrastructure, and the strengthening of international cooperation in the field of cybersecurity.
