Following eight rounds of competition among 18 teams, the Ukrainian national team is positioned in 15th place, reports Ukrinform.
The “blue-yellows” have secured 2 victories – against Germany (3:2) and Thailand (3:2), along with 6 losses – against the national teams of the USA (0:3), Japan (1:3), France (2:3), Poland (1:3), the Netherlands (0:3), and Bulgaria (2:3).
The USA and Brazil national teams are leading the Nations League (7 wins each), with Italy in third place (6 wins).
The final round of the group stage will take place from July 8 to 12 in Hong Kong. There, the Ukrainian volleyball players will compete against Italy, China, Belgium, and the Dominican Republic.
As reported earlier, the Ukrainian men’s volleyball team, during the first round of the 2026 Nations League in Linyi, China, lost to Japan (0:3), defeated China (3:1) and Cuba (3:0), and lost to Poland in a tie-breaker (2:3).
