The new composition of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine held its inaugural session, where it outlined its primary operational objectives. This was announced by Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyi on Facebook, as reported by Ukrinform. “We conducted the first meeting of the newly formed Cabinet of Ministers. We have defined our immediate priorities,” he informed. The head of government expressed gratitude to all ministers for their readiness for intensive work.
Koretskyi assured that for every member of the government, efficiency, accountability, and results will be the paramount criteria.
“We are working on fulfilling the tasks set forth by the President of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada. There is a significant amount of work ahead,” concluded the newly appointed prime minister. As Ukrinform reported, on July 16, the Verkhovna Rada supported the President’s proposal to appoint Serhiy Koretskyi as Prime Minister. The parliament also approved the proposals of the newly appointed Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyi regarding the appointment of a new composition of the Cabinet of Ministers.
